With our extensive knowledge and high level of professionalism, PPC provides access to a wide range of services. All our projects are managed by a Project Manager (office based), who will be responsible for the resource management, attending meetings and liaison with the Site Manager. The Site Manager will be site based and responsible for the day-to-day running of the project and liaison with the client.

We also have assistant project managers and site managers. We are lucky to have ex trades people that are seeking to progress within management, bringing their years of experience and knowledge. We offer great support and training to help all employees reach their goals.

We have found that busy construction contractors may not need a site manager but are just looking for an assistant to help ease the pressure of the project. We can facilitate this with one of our assistants who would work alongside different site and project managers.

THE ROBBINS BUILDING - RUGBY

The Robbins building is located in the heart of Rugby town centre. PPC had the privilege to project manage and site manage this commercial office refurbishment.

This outdated building that had functioned as offices, was transformed into a new, modern, spacious working environment.

The refurbishment of this listed building involved substantial strip out works of two floors, 800 square meters per floor, followed by the installation of new air conditioning units throughout the building with associated HVAC and control systems.

THE WORK PROPERTY PRESERVATION CONTRACTORS CARRIED OUT

INCLUDED THE DEMOLITION OF:

All existing partition walls, doors frames, ceiling grids and tiles were removed.

All AHU units and ducting were removed.

All plaster boards to existing structural columns were removed.

All existing floor coverings were removed.

Strip down of two Nr electrical DB boards, data cables, and fire alarm system.

FOLLOWING DEMOLITION, WE CARRIED CARRIED OUT:

New suspended ceilings, lighting, floor coverings, toilet refurbishment and new walnut veneer doors were also installed. The reception area was completely refreshed and now represents a stunning entry to the building.
